Hope and Humility

You show that you are a letter from Christ, the result of our ministry, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts. 2 Cor 3:3

We often hear the expression, "starting a new chapter in your life", and it is almost always said with an air of optimism. We worship a God where the possibilities are endless, everyday! 

Sometimes, a bit of fear creeps in as we contemplate the things that we have done or said, that, well, have not been very pleasant. The past is past. Rejoice in the present, the new beginning that we have in Him, each day. Forgive others. Forgive yourself, knowing that the living God has forgiven you - be humble in heart.

And, do not mistake humility as weakness! Rather, it is the very essence of what it means to walk in the "strength of the Lord!"

Love God, love others, today...it is enough!
