But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Titus 3:9

Pedigrees and genealogies might appear to be a thing of the past, for now, but history has a way of repeating itself. Arguments and quarrels about the law and doctrine have hardly wavered as testified by denominationalism.

One thing I believe - denominationalism is experiencing a slow death in light of a renewed emphasis on discipling Christ-followers in the Kingdom of God.
