The Sun

I was sitting in the recliner as the sun light came pouring in through the window. And I thought, 'the sun is coming up, as it always does.' Although I can not always see and feel the intensity and brightness of the light from the sun, it is always there. 

Faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1

God, Creator of the cosmos, all the world and universe that we can imagine and then some - God is ever present. I have never seen God. But I have felt, known, and experienced the presence of God many many times in word, deeds, and signs.

Today, as nature unfolds its beauty, let us be mindful of a God who never sleeps nor slumbers, the Creator of all that is good and praiseworthy, the Redeemer who claims and re-claims persons in right and holy relationship with the triune God and others.
