Mourning

Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted. Matthew 5:4

O God, we turn to you in our rising and in our going down. We lift to you our praises and our laments. We see and know joy and the hurt in the world.

In all things, you are God. We praise you Lord for your faithfulness. We pray that in your mercy you would use us in your comforting and healing ministry. Find in us a deep-seeded faith and desire to be your salt and light that others might know your grace in a real and tangible way.

All honor and glory is yours Father, Son, Holy Spirit…
