Joyful Prayer: Gratitude

Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

Lord, in a moment of silence, I thank you for these three things...

Lord, I pray for an awakened spirit that I might see and be centered in the goodness and potential in others and not focus on the faults and failings.

Lord, I thank you for the forgiveness that I have and know because your love is complete in Christ.

Finally, Lord, I gladly accept the opportunities that will come my way today that your life and light might shine - bringing and being a living witness of faith, hope, and love...
