Invitation to Encourage

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever - do not abandon the works of your hand. Psalm 138:8

Have you ever gone through that season in your life where you felt that the desert has you completed surrounded? Forty days or forty hours can seem like forty years. 

Biblically speaking, God's purpose for your life is the same as it is for all those made in the image of God. Love God - Love your neighbor - Make disciples - Teach them to obey Christ's commands...Love God - Love your neighbor!

Do not despair or allow the external landscape to determine the inner condition of your heart and soul! When we change the lens with which we look at things, those things change.

Accept the invitation to find one person to encourage this day. Feed them, clothe them, give them shelter or medicine, listen to their lament and share with them a "God story"! 

Remember, the One who is in you is greater than the one in the world - share Him.
