Get It Done

This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: "Not by might nor by power, but by my spirit, says the Lord Almighty." Zechariah 4:6

What is your "it" that, in your mind, must be done? While it may be true that "unless I do it", it will never get done; the spirit in which and by which we do most things is of greater importance than the actual task, chore, or job.

There is indescribable, unlimited, and righteous power in the Spirit. This power is always "enough" and it is always "proper" for the task at hand. 

Voluntarily submit your authority to make that something happen to the authority, wisdom, and power of God the Spirit, today! You might not get the answer or results that you were thinking or seeking, but almost assuredly, the peace of the Lord will be yours!

O Holy God, reign in my heart, my mind, and my spirit. I surrender all that I am and can be, all that I think and do, to your glorious and perfect will.

Because you live, I, too, shall live. In your peace, in your power, and assurance I gladly welcome this day as an opportunity to be an instrument of your transforming love. Thy will be done, in the name of the Father, Son, Holy Spirit...
