Discipleship

Jesus calls followers, inspires and equips leaders, and sends servants...disciples of Christ.

Jesus said, "whoever does not carry their cross and follow me cannot be my disciple." Luke 14:27

It is easier to be religious, to talk about the ways of Jesus - than it is to be a disciple, to follow in his path. 

Merciful God in your glory you took all the sin of the world in your Son upon the cross. Your grace is free for the ransom has been paid. Let us, through your Spirit, walk in humble adoration with servant's hearts this day that we might be grace-filled participants in your kingdom mission...that all the world may know, claim, and follow Jesus, Lord and Savior!
