Sharing the Truth

Jesus answered, "You are right in saying that I am a king. In fact, for this reason I was born, and for this I came into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth listens to me."
John 18:37

Discussions around politics and religion can often get quite heated. Facts and opinions become blurred. The discussions, in themselves, are actually quite healthy for building and maintaining relationships. The intent and delivery of one's perspective is more important.

Jesus never forced himself, the truth, upon another. Rather, with patience and perseverance he shared his life, in doing so, the life of the Father and Spirit as well. Jesus offered himself to any and all, then and now, that the most fundamental element of one's life is that through grace they might live out the confession of faith, "Jesus is the way, the truth, the life".
