Kingdom Giving

Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom. Sell your possessions and give to the poor. Provide purses for yourselves that will not wear out, a treasure in heaven that will not be exhausted, where no thief comes near and no mouth destroys. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Luke 12:32-34

The temptation is to ask, "How much is enough?" And then the comparing begins...between what you have and what you do in relation to what others "have" and "do".

What if we ask God to give us eyes and ears and the Spirit's discernment to see, hear, and understand another's need?

Freedom in the Spirit ensues and we embrace, with joy, the opportunity to love others as Christ has loved us.

May the beautiful peace of God be yours today!
