His Presence

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
Psalm 91:1

What is your plan for the future, or today, even? Big or little, more or less, busy or lackadaisical, there is only one thing that has the power to give proper perspective in each and every situation or condition - the Lord's presence. 

God doesn't want or need your material wealth, your mental prowess, or your ability to "get things done". 

God's desire is your desire for the Most High! All else pales in the light of the King of king.

I come Lord Jesus into your presence, none is like you. Your presence is all I need and shapes the very condition, character, and outcome of my every relationship, endeavor, or situation. 

Your loving presence is the promise of perfect peace in the midst of any and all outer conflict or unrest.

In your grace, let your will be done through my words, deeds, and thoughts this day that in some small way your glory will be known. And now Holy God, I pray for those closest to me, naming them…
