Healing in the Light

"Since my people are crushed, I am crushed; I mourn, and horror grips me. Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then is there no healing for the wound of my people" Jeremiah 8:21-22.

Oh God, in your mercy, your Son, the Light in the world has overcome all darkness. Principalities and powers reign only through the foolishness of blinded hearts. Nothing lies in your shadow, my every thought and action has been revealed...find me faithful in being the light of Christ through my journey today...that all whom I encounter may see that You are the way, the truth and the life....
