Grace

There was given me a thorn in my flesh…three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." For when I am weak then I am strong.
2 COR 12:7, 8, 10

God's presence, God's pardon, and God's power is sufficient. In Christ there is comfort, hope, and rest.

Precious God, as the author and perfector of my faith, I will put my whole trust in you. When I can not see around the turn and what lies ahead, still I will wait in you. When the thorns of life fester, I will call out your name.

In all things, at all times, by your Spirit, keep me centered in Christ...
