God's Path

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6

A favorite Life is Good t-shirt of mine has a picture of hiking boots with the words "not all who wander are lost" underneath. There is difference between wandering down the world's path and wandering along God's path.

One offers tantalizing temptations, a focused self-interest, and regrets while the other offers awestruck wonder, praise and adoration, and an abiding peace.

Spiritual truths never disappoint but they will always challenge the world's understanding of authority and order.
